What we collect
When you send a request, we collect the details you share — name, email, optional Instagram, and what you tell us about your idea, health, and preferred dates. We use it only to reply, plan your appointment, and (if you opt in) send the occasional flash note.
How it's stored
TODO: name the booking/database and email providers once the backend is wired (this demo is front-end only). The shared stack uses Supabase (storage), Resend (email), and Vercel (hosting).
Deposits & rescheduling
A 25% deposit holds your appointment and comes off your final total. Reschedules with 72+ hours notice carry your deposit to the new date; later than that, it can't carry over. Touch-ups are free within 60 days when aftercare has been followed.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct, or delete your information at any time, and unsubscribe from flash notes with one click. Email hello@bloomwash.studio.
